| 1. | How will I know if I'm ordering the right size? |
| | • | Laptop sleeves - If you're good at using the measuring tape, then you can easily determine which size is a perfect fit. For laptop sleeve orders, remember that computer sizes (10", 11.6", 13", 14", 15" and 17") are measured on the screen diagonal (the actual screen when laptop is opened), and not all laptops that share the same screen size will share the same overall dimensions when closed. So a more accurate way of measuring is by getting the external W x L x D. - 10-10.2" sleeve fits 18.5cm (W) x 25.5cm (L) x 3.5cm (D)
- 11.6" sleeve fits 20.0cm (W) x 29.0cm (L) x 3.5cm (D)
- 13-13.1" sleeve fits 22.5cm (W) x 32.5cm (L) x 3.5cm (D)
- 14-14.1" sleeve fits 24.5cm (W) x 34.0cm (L) x 3.5cm (D)

| | Punchdrunk Panda products are made in the Philippines. However, our designs are not limited to artists based in the Philippines. |

| | • | Multiply actually offers 4 modes of payment:
- BDO Bank Deposit – you do not need a BDO account to make a deposit
- BPI Bank Deposit - you do not need a BPI account to make a deposit
- G-Cash – you need to have a Globe or TM number to complete the payment
- Paypal – you need to have a Paypal account to complete the payment. If you do not have an account, you can just create one and enter your credit card number |
| 2. | How will I pay for the items? |
| | Depending on your mode of payment, you'll see in Order Form the Company Name, Institution Code, Subscriber's Account Number, and Amount. You will also be given a sample deposit slip so that you'll know where these items go. |

| | Items will arrive within two (2) working days upon confirmation of payment. Incomplete payments will not be honored so do not forget to include handling and/or shipping fees if applicable. |
